I threw this recipe together one Sunday morning, for something a bit different. It’s a tasty, healthy and super easy breakfast recipe. Leafy greens should be a part of your daily diet. Spinach is high in vitamin K, vitamin A, manganese, and folate. So sneak some in whenever you can. This recipe would go well with Savory Pumpkin Herb Biscuits. ENJOY!
