2 eggs
3/4 cups of skim milk
2/3 cup soda cracker, crushed
1/2 cup onion minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon black
1 1⁄2 lbs 93% lean ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Beat eggs, add milk, crackers, onion, salt, sage and pepper.
Add beef and mix well.
Shape into a 8 x 5 inch loaf and place in a cake pan.
Combine ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire and spread 1/2 to 3/4 of it over the loaf, use the rest for dipping.
Bake at 350 for 60 min, let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Servings: 8    Time 1h:15

      • That’s actually a great start if you started the blog within around two weeks 🙂 My pleasure! That’s great you have support from Bernbakes, she is a great blogger! When you edit a post, under ‘Categories’ there is a small section with the name ‘Tags’ – just type many ‘tags’ as you can because some people follow tags and if you have a certain tag, they may see your post 🙂 Hopefully that makes sense 😛 I am not the best person in explaining stuff! 😀 All the best my friend! I also have a friend who is new to wordpress and have given them some tips which can be accessed here 😀
