Fish ‘n’ Chips in a Mug

Ingredients:

4 ounces of white fish (I often us a can of white tuna)
1/4 cup of broccoli or peas
2 tbsp. of sour cream
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup of potato chips
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine fish and sour cream. Stir in Worcestershire Sauce and broccoli (peas). Place half in a microwave-safe cup. sprinkle with 1/2 cup chips and 1/8 cup of cheese, top with remaining tuna mixture. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3-4 minutes or until bubbly. Top with remaining chips and cheese. Microwave 45 seconds longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
